Andrew Herring assumed the role of CEO of the Energy and Power Practice for Marsh in the UK in 2013. He has had an extensive career as an insurance broker in a number of different organisations, but always based in the UK, and always dedicated to the energy and power sectors.

Amy Barnes
Head of Climate and Sustainability Strategy, Marsh
Prior to this Amy held a number of leadership roles with Marsh鈥檚 global energy, power, and renewables business. Amy has a respected depth and breadth of experience assisting some of the largest and most complex companies manage risks. This experience enables her to have a deep understanding of a wide range of clients鈥 risk management approaches. She joined Marsh as an environmental insurance broker and has 20 years of relevant industry experience with Marsh.

Alexander Roinesdal

Alex is a partner with the Energy and Natural Resources practice, based in Houston. His key areas of expertise including pricing, market evaluation, and marketing program effectiveness, with a focus on downstream petroleum products. He speaks Norwegian, Portuguese, and conversational Spanish.
Amy Ridge
Partner, Mercer Alternatives, Mercer
Amy Ridge is a Partner in Mercer鈥檚 alternatives group where she specializes in private markets investing, specifically private equity and real assets. She works with institutional clients to build and maintain their private markets portfolios, with a focus on risk mitigation, total portfolio analysis and identifying best in class investments. Ms. Ridge is a voting member of the Real Assets Investment Committee, a voting member of the Non-Core Real Estate Ratings Review Committee and Chair for the Natural Resources Ratings Review Committee. Ridge has 18 years of private markets experience, 15 years of which are at Mercer (including Pavilion Alternatives (and LP Capital Advisors), which was acquired by Mercer in 2018). Ms. Ridge holds a BA in finance from the University of San Francisco. Prior to Mercer, Ms. Ridge spent almost three years at TorreyCove (now Aksia), where she was part of the private equity consulting group. Ms. Ridge was named to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Capitalism Power 100 List in 2024, recognizing those in the industry who understand the importance of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive asset management industry. Ms. Ridge was the recipient of the 2022 PEI Media鈥檚 Women of Influence in Private Markets award across all private markets asset classes. She was also the recipient of the 2021 Chief Investment Officers鈥 Knowledge Brokers award naming her one of the world鈥檚 most influential investment consultants and advisers.
Mike Kolodner
Global Renewable Energy and US Energy and Power Leader
Mike leads Marsh鈥檚 US Energy & Power Business and is a Member of Marsh鈥檚 Global Energy & Power Executive Committee with accountability for the largest and most diversified risk advisory and insurance brokerage practice in the Energy & Power sector globally and numerous strategic initiatives in support of 91极品视频鈥檚 Traditional, Transitioning and Clean Energy & Power clients navigating Global Energy Security and Transformation. Mike brings over 20 years of operational, insurance and risk management advisory, brokerage and underwriting experience to Marsh. He is a former US Naval Nuclear Submarine Officer, Risk Manager for a major investor-owned utility, Leader of multiple energy sector businesses within Marsh, and member of the executive leadership team for the industry鈥檚 largest group captive (re)insurer, with accountability for all Underwriting and Member Relations. He has extensive risk, advisory and insurance management experience across the breadth of the global energy and power spectrum.
Mark Pellerin, CFA
Senior Partner, Global Head Energy & Natural Resources
Mark is a Senior Partner at Oliver Wyman, where he鈥檚 spent 20 + years as a corporate strategist and finance leader, responsible for some of the firm鈥檚 largest and most important client relationships. He also sits on the Global Industry Leadership Team & Americas Leadership Team. Beyond the internal leadership roles Mark remains client focused and has a track record of delivering EBITDA Improvement by commercializing new growth businesses, optimizing assets networks to achieve profitability and sustainability goals, zero basing cost and capital spending, and managing commodity and enterprise risks. Many C-suites rely on Mark and his teams to architect and implement multi-year, multi-billion-dollar transformation programs designed to double a client鈥檚 enterprise value. While Mark started his career in Financial Services, consulting to banks, insurance companies, and merchant trading houses, most of his time is now spent serving Industrial Companies including integrated energy, waste and environmental services, transportation and logistics, and private equity. Mark splits time between Houston and New York. He is a former top ranked tennis player in Canada, and also sits on the USA Board of Directors at Right-to-Play, a non-profit organization.
